What is Yokohama Green Up Plan Citizen Promotion Meeting?

At the plenary meeting, we grasp the progress of the green-up plan, exchange opinions, and consider evaluation and proposals. Evaluations and proposals are compiled as reports based on field surveys and examinations by special subcommittees for each measure.

In promoting the evaluation and proposals for the green up plan, a subcommittee that considers measures to “foster forests” for each business field, a subcommittee that considers measures to “feel agriculture”, a subcommittee that considers measures to “create greenery”, and public relations・ We have established a four-part meeting of the visualization department. The four-part meeting will grasp the detailed progress of each field, exchange opinions, and consider evaluations and proposals.
In addition, since the Public Relations and Visualization Department established the “Public Relations Subcommittee” and the “Visualization Subcommittee” in FY2014, we evaluate and propose public relations of the green up plan as a special subcommittee by measure, We are examining how to provide information on the “Yokohama Green Up Plan” and “Yokohama Green Tax” and edit public relations magazines.

In the Investigation Subcommittee, we inspect approach of green up plan and examine the present situation and exchange opinions with related organizations and citizens.
