What is the obligation to install a bicycle parking lot?

In designated areas stipulated in the "Ordinance on Attachment of Yokohama City Bicycle Parking Lots (hereinafter referred to as the" Ordinance ")", attracting facilities (playgrounds, retail stores, restaurants, sports facilities, banks, hospitals, etc.) and apartment houses, etc., the installer of the facility must calculate the walking distance from the facility premises in accordance with the ordinance of the facility. The number of bicycle parking lots must be within 50 meters.)
