1 Who will discuss the request for examination?
A

1 Deliberates at the Building Review Committee or the Development Review Committee.
Specifically, the Building Examination Committee deliberates on disposal and omissions such as permission of the mayor based on the Building Standards Law, and the building confirmation of the building supervisor and designated confirmation inspection organization. In addition, the Development Review Board will discuss dispositions and omissions based on the City Planning Act stipulated in Article 50 of the City Planning Act.

2 How long does it take for a request for examination to be made?
A

It differs for each of the two projects, but usually it takes about 3 to 5 months.

3 What kind of procedure is taken after submitting the examination request?
A

3 Flow of procedures after submission of the examination request is submitted
(1)The Secretariat requests the Disposal Agency to send a copy of the examination request and submit a statement.
(2)Receive the submission of a statement from the Disposal Agency, request the requester to send a duplicate of the statement and submit a counter-argument.
(3)Repeat the documentation.
(4)Conduct an open oral examination (injury).
(5)A decision will be made.

4 Is it possible for more than one person to make a request for examination?
A

You can do it. If you are submitting a request for examination under a joint name, please fill in the applicant's name, Address, etc. of each requester in the examination request form.
If there are a large number of applicants for examination, representatives as much as possible (formally referred to as "sodai") to facilitate deliberation. I would like to ask you to select it.

5 Can the materials be attached to the request for examination?

6 What is an open oral examination (trial)?
A

6 The open oral examination (trial) is to have the members of the examination committee make an oral claim in order to supplement the written claims such as the examination request.

7 Can I make a request for omission of a correction order for a building that violates it?
A

7 The target of the request for examination for omission is a request for examination made when the Disposal Agency continues to dispose of anything against the application. Since a correction order is not a disposition for an application, an omission request for examination will be illegal.
