1 Deliberation will be made at the Building Examination Committee or Development Examination Committee.
Specifically, the Building Examination Committee deliberates on disposal and omissions such as permission of the mayor based on the Building Standards Law and building confirmation of building supervisors and designated confirmation inspection organizations. In addition, the Development Review Committee deliberates on dispositions and omissions based on the City Planning Act stipulated in Article 50 of the City Planning Act.
It differs for each of the two projects, but usually it takes about 3 to 5 months.

6 Public oral examination (trial) is to have the members of the examination committee verbally state their claims in order to supplement written claims such as requests for examination.
7 Requests for examination for omissions are requests for examination made when the Disposal Agency continues to dispose of anything against the application. Since the corrective order is not a disposition of the application, a request for omission examination will be illegal.
