1 Who will discuss the request for examination?
A

1 Deliberation will be made at the Building Examination Committee or Development Examination Committee.
Specifically, the Building Examination Committee deliberates on disposal and omissions such as permission of the mayor based on the Building Standards Law and building confirmation of building supervisors and designated confirmation inspection organizations. In addition, the Development Review Committee deliberates on dispositions and omissions based on the City Planning Act stipulated in Article 50 of the City Planning Act.

2 How long does it take for a request for examination to be issued?
A

It differs for each of the two projects, but usually it takes about 3 to 5 months.

3 What kind of procedure will be taken after submitting the request for examination?
A

3 Flow of Procedure after the request for examination is submitted
(1)The secretariat requests the Disposal Agency to send a copy of the request for examination and submit a statement.
(2)Upon receiving a statement from the Disposal Agency, request the applicant for examination to send a duplicate of the statement and submit a counter-argument.
(3)Repeat the written exchange.
(4)Conduct a public oral examination (trial).
(5)A decision will be made.

4 Is it possible for multiple people to request a review?
A

I can do it. When submitting a request for examination under the joint name of multiple persons, please fill in the name, Address, etc. of each requester in the examination requester entry field on the examination request form.
In the case of a large number of applicants for examination, the representative as much as possible (formally referred to as "sodai") will facilitate the deliberation. I would appreciate your choice.

5 Is it possible to attach materials to the request for examination?

You can do it. Please submit materials that reinforce your claim.
When attaching materials, divide the materials into categories and classify the first certificate and the second certificate.…Keep the number and number.

A

6 Public oral examination (trial) is to have the members of the examination committee verbally state their claims in order to supplement written claims such as requests for examination.

7 Is it possible to request a random examination for not issuing a correction order for a violation building?
A

7 Requests for examination for omissions are requests for examination made when the Disposal Agency continues to dispose of anything against the application. Since the corrective order is not a disposition of the application, a request for omission examination will be illegal.
