Efforts to cooperate with the Violation Countermeasures Section and related organizations

　For realization of "town development to be able to live with peace of mind", we introduce various approaches that Yokohama-shi and related organizations cooperate.

　Violating buildings can threaten the local living environment and safety. In Yokohama City, in cooperation with local residents, we are working to raise awareness of the prevention of violations by distributing flyers and installing signboards.

　Every year around November, meetings are held with construction companies, design offices, real estate companies, and other organizations to share information on the status and issues of countermeasures against violations, as well as effectively prevent violations of buildings and provide guidance on corrective measures. We are discussing measures to do so.

　We discuss individually and cooperate with publication in public relations magazines and distributing leaflets.

　City of Yokohama, Housing and Architecture Bureau regularly conducts various building patrols to prevent violations of buildings.
