Status of administrative sanctions

Yokohama City aims to protect a third party in good faith in the real estate transaction for buildings and land for which orders have been issued in violation of the Building Standards Law, the City Planning Act, and the Residential Land Development Regulation Law, etc. We will provide information widely for the purpose of protecting the body or property of the local residents from the danger of such disasters and preventing violations from occurring.
