• Floor plan
• Confirmation of rainwater infiltration masu installation examination
• Copy of drainage system (remodeling flush toilet) plan confirmation application form. However, this does not apply to cases where the confirmation application procedure for the plan of drainage equipment specified in Article 4 of the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance can be omitted.
• Letter of consent (If the building is in a shared name, please submit it)
• Other documents deemed necessary by the mayor

About application and attached documents, we examine in Motoichi. When grant is admitted that it is appropriate, we notify applicant by "city rainwater infiltration masu setting subsidy grant decision letter of advice" (second style). We send style of bill by mail with "city rainwater penetration masu setting subsidy grant amount confirmation letter of advice in Yokohama-shi house". Please fill in the transfer destination, etc. and return it immediately.
Once the transfer is completed, all procedures will be completed.
