Guidance of cadastral survey window

At the Land Registry and Survey Division window, the following items are available for viewing the results of the district where cadastral surveys were conducted in the past and the results related to block reference points.

Products that can be viewed
Thing about cadastral investigation
Cadastre Map
- A map created at a scale of 1/500, with the border between the brush and the brush and the lot number. There is no information about the area or distance.
- A copy of the cadastral map will be sent to the registry office and will be newly provided as a registry office map instead of the conventional official map.
- It is different from the "land area survey map".
Cadastre Book
- It is a book that lists the results of the cadastral survey, such as the lot number, land pattern, area, and owner of the land for each stroke. (*No copy allowed)
- A copy of the cadastral register will be sent to the registry office and the contents of the registry will be rewritten.
Area measurement results book (only for flat plate survey areas)
- This is a book that lists the area of land for each stroke.
Coordinate area calculation report (only for numerical survey areas)
- This is a statement that describes the results of surveys by cadastral surveys, such as coordinate values, side lengths, and area, for each land for each stroke.
Differences by Survey Method
In Yokohama City, the surveying method differs depending on the age at which the cadastral survey was conducted, and until the mid-1940s, flat surveying has been shifted to numerical surveying since then. (There are times when they are used together.)
Because the surveying method is different, there are differences in accuracy and there are differences in the materials that can be viewed.

Thing about block reference point
Results Book (triangular point, polygonal point, node point)
This is a book that records the survey results of reference points, such as coordinate values and direction angles, for each point.
Points (triangular point, polygonal point)
For each point, it contains records of reference points, such as point name, location, selection date, and sketches of the neighborhood.
Triangular point average map and polygonal point average map
This is a drawing that records the arrangement of reference points.
※Due to the Tohoku-Pacific Ocean Earthquake, approval for use of survey results has been discontinued.
Requests/Notes
- The results related to the cadastral survey are records at the time of the survey. If registration of writing brushes, writing brushes, etc. has been performed after the survey, they will not be reflected in the results of this section.
- A paid copy machine is installed beside the window (20 yen per sheet). Exchanges are not possible, so please prepare coins before using.
- We do not provide mail service for deliverable products.
- "Land Area Survey Map" is not available in this section.
The land area survey map is a drawing provided at the registry office attached to the land registry, and shows the shape and area of the land.
Not all land has been created.
