Cut (prun) the branches and leaves of trees overhanging from the private land.
Last update date November 13, 2023
As it is personal property, we cannot prune in city.
In addition, if there is a problem with road traffic, Public Works Office of each ward asks the owner to prune.
Overhanging branches on city roads, there have been cases where pedestrians and vehicles are hindered, and signs and curve mirrors cannot be seen.
Tree owners may be held liable for any damage to pedestrians or vehicles due to these.
If trees overhang on the road, please manage the trees properly, such as cutting down trees and pruning.
