Street trees are pruned about once every several years depending on the type of tree for the purpose of healthy growth of trees.
Also, if the branches cross the border of the adjacent private house, if the branches and leaves are too thick and hide signals or signs, or if the branches and leaves are overhanging at a low position on the sidewalk or roadway, etc. Is cutting the branch.
