Kanazawa Seaside Line Extension Project

The Kanazawa Seaside Line Extension Project is a project that extends about 150m with the aim of improving the convenience of the Kanazawa Seaside Line and improving access around Kanazawa Hakkei Station, and connects to Keikyu Kanazawa Hakkei Station. On March 31, 2019, the Seaside Line Kanazawa Hakkei New Station Building was opened and provisional service on a single line was started, and on February 14, 2021, full-scale operation on double lines was started.

Maintenance effect | The connection between the Seaside Line and Keikyu Kanazawa Hakkei Station has greatly reduced the transfer time and dramatically improved convenience. At the same time, the land readjustment project in the East Exit area of Kanazawa Hakkei Station has also improved the station square. |
