For use
Use use based on the underpass use plan determined by the underpass use plan study meeting.

As a use that contributes to town development and bustling creation, we request proposals for uses that maintain harmony with the surrounding land use situation.
For details, please refer to the "Usage Plan" for each property.
Available period
If the start date of the occupation permit or the end date of the occupation permit is specified in the usage plan, that period will be treated as the occupation period.
Other than that, we can use continuously from day decided by discussion until Motoichi starts business.
After the expiration of the period of use, the user will be selected again by public offering.
Private use fee (royalties)
It shall be the amount specified in the Road Private Charges Ordinance.

※Please do not use the proposal (Attachment 7) to identify the applicant, such as the company name or logo.
※Please note that the secretariat will confirm whether or not the applicant specific information is described, an additional 20 copies will be submitted as examination materials.
※Please use style of proposal for summary about business or business operation method and plan plan, elevation, use image figure when we use land.
※It is possible to attach a land use layout other than the style, a building elevation when constructing a building, photographs and illustrations that show the usage image to the proposal, but it is not subject to examination evaluation .
