Application of use

Use shall be based on the underpass usage plan determined by the underpass Usage Plan determined by the Study Group.

As a use that contributes to town development and bustle creation, we request proposals for uses that maintain harmony with the surrounding land use situation.
For details, please refer to the "Usage Plan" for each property.

Available period

If the start date of the private use permit or the end date of the private use permit is specified in the usage plan, that period will be treated as the occupation period.
Other than that, we can use continuously from day decided by consultation until Motoichi starts business.
After the expiration of the usage period, the user will be selected again by public offering.

Private use charges (use fee)

It shall be the amount specified in the Road Private Use Charge Ordinance.

※Please attach the proposal application form (Attachment 6) to the cover only one copy.
※Please do not write notation on the proposal (Attachment 7) that can identify the applicant, such as the company name or logo.
※Please note that after confirming the presence or absence of the applicant's specific information, you will be required to submit an additional 20 copies as examination materials.

※Please use the style of the proposal for the outline of the project, the project implementation method, and the floor plan, elevation, and usage image when using the land.

※It is possible to attach a land use layout plan other than the style, the elevation of the building when constructing a building, a photo / illustration that shows the use image, etc., but it is not subject to the examination evaluation and evaluation Hmm.
