Permission to pass special vehicles

Roads are built according to certain structural standards. Therefore, the Road Law stipulates the maximum size and weight of vehicles passing on the road in order to protect the structure of the road and prevent traffic dangers.
This maximum limit is called a general limit, and special vehicle traffic permission is required for special vehicles to pass on the road.

Passenger permission is required if at least one of the following dimensions or weight is exceeded. The vehicle used herein refers to the vehicle in that state when a person is on board or loaded with cargo, and includes the vehicle being towed if another vehicle is towed.
