[Road and River DX Strategy]
[Overview]
In order to promote "DX" through work style reforms in town development, we have created a "Road and River DX Strategy" that summarizes initiatives in road and river administration.
- In order to support the sustainable growth and development of Yokohama, even in the face of a shortage of workers due to a decline in the working-age population and a severe financial outlook, we will work on DX through work style reforms in town development.
- In order to fulfill the responsibilities of road and river administration, we have set "Four Visions to Aim" and "Four DX" for each field and set the direction of DX for Road and Highway Bureau.
[Main points of road and river DX strategy]
- Consistent with the Yokohama DX Strategy
Link-Up!, which will be launched in April 2024, is aligned with the Yokohama DX Strategy, which defines the DX policy for Yokohama City as a whole, and will start in April 2024. We will create new ways of working by maximizing the diversification of communication and data access through YOKOHAMA.
- Positioning of Road and River DX Strategy
The Road and River DX Strategy is a policy to utilize digital communication technology to achieve the Road and Highway Bureau Management Policy while aligning with related plans such as the Yokohama DX Strategy, which defines DX policies for the entire city.
- “Four DX” promoted through the Road and River DX Strategy
DX promoted by road and river administration has been classified and systemized into four categories: "maintenance", "disaster prevention", "construction", and "procedure".
