Outline of the proceedings
About proposal system such as making of basic design
- Although the "Guide to the Proposal System" is properly prepared, many people do not think that it is possible to create a "draft of the basic concept" in line with the purpose of the law, so it does not meet the requirements of the "draft of the basic concept" It is better to be able to propose things that do not.
About the district where the basic concept is to be formulated
- It is necessary to tell the inhabitants of the ward and the members of the district subcommittee a little more carefully about the reasons for selecting the district to create the basic concept and how to determine the priority. Or, about district to make basic design, we want you to consider selecting after hearing opinion of inhabitant of a ward beforehand.
How to communicate information
- The number of visually impaired people who can use the Internet or SP code is limited. In addition to these, there are tools for transmitting information, so when conducting information recruitment, we would like you to refer to the opinions of the parties concerned, such as groups for the visually impaired in each ward.
- Why don't you develop a method that can unify and convey important policies of Yokohama City, not just the visually impaired? I think it is time to consider it in the future from the viewpoint of information assurance.
In connection with the Tsuzuki Ward Town Center Area
- There is no clear standard for maintenance of barrier-free city parks, so we must carefully consider the system to be considered, incorporate the opinions of various people, and convey those opinions to the park manager properly. . In order to come up with various ideas, we would like you to continue examining in an organization such as a meeting and incorporate citizen proposals.
About movement between districts divided by tracks
- It is effective to use the elevator of the railway station building between areas divided by tracks, but it may not be available depending on the time of day and may have to make a detour. I would like you to consider the station building as one passage connecting the district and the district, not a passage for using the railway.
