Continuous measurement of roads around the facility (FY2013/2012)
Last Updated March 5, 2019
Measurement contents
Of the roads around facilities such as parks, elementary schools, junior high schools, kindergartens and nursery schools that measured between January 10 and March 26, 2012, at 183 locations such as elementary schools, September 2012, Heisei The measurements were continued in February and March 2013.
General space radiation dose
On roads around facilities such as elementary schools, we measured spatial gamma doses of 50 cm and 1 meter at the top of the ground at 1-2 typical locations where we measured.
Radiation doses at locations that may become microspots
On roads around facilities such as elementary schools, we measured gamma doses of 1 cm, 50 cm and 1 meter on the ground surface at places where it could become measured micro spots.
Publication of measurement results
We published measurement result every ward.
Continuous measurement results are displayed so that the measurement results can be compared.
In addition, the total was divided into general spatial radiation doses on roads around the facility and radiation doses at locations where micro spots could become micro spots.
About measuring instruments
The measuring instrument used for the measurement are as follows.
Mr. Gamma A2700 type (manufactured by Clear Pulse)
Detector CsI (TI) scintillation detector
Surface height | Estimated Response |
---|---|
1 meter | Responses to 0.23 microsieverts / hour or more |
(50 cm) | (approximately 0.23 microsieverts per hour or more.) (If it is 0.23 microsieverts / hour or more, measure even 1 meter.) |
1 cm | Responses to 0.59 microsieverts / hour or more |
If you have any requests for measurement of facilities managed by Public Works Office, please contact the Public Works Office of each district.
