5-(3) Notification required only for designated NPO corporations

Documents to be submitted annually only by designated NPO corporations
In addition to business reports, the designated NPO corporation shall submit the following documents within the first three months of each fiscal year to explain that the operating organization, accounting are appropriate and that there is no violation of laws and regulations. Must be submitted to

Preparation of documents
After the end of each fiscal year, the designated corporation must prepare the following documents in addition to the above documents. You do not need to submit it to the competent authority.

Report on the results of grant payments

Notification required at the time of change
Designated NPO corporation needs to submit the next documents to Yokohama-shi without delay when there is change such as business or officer, representative name of representative.

※1 If there is a change in the articles of incorporation, it is necessary to submit the documents listed in the “5. Changes to Articles of Incorporation” column above. (It is not necessary to submit "designated non-profit corporation change registration form" twice.)
※2 If the Yokohama City Certified Corporation submits a separate notification of changes in officers, etc. to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit such documents.
※3 If the Yokohama City Certified Corporation submits a separate notification or application form pertaining to a change in the Articles of Incorporation to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit such documents.
