5-(3) Notification required only for designated NPO corporations

Documents to be submitted only to designated NPOs every year
The designated NPO corporation, in addition to the business reports, submits the following documents to Yokohama within the first three months of each fiscal year to explain that the operating organization and accounting are appropriate and that there are no violations of laws and regulations. (If a Yokohama-shi designated NPO corporation has been certified by Yokohama City, if you submit it as a certified NPO corporation, there are documents that do not need to be submitted as a designated NPO corporation. For more information, please contact us.

※Regarding the documents in 12, even if there is no change in the contents since the previous submission, it is necessary to submit the documents stating that fact.
※2. Regarding the documents in 5, if the Yokohama City Certification Corporation submits them separately to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit them again.
Preparation of documents
After the end of each fiscal year, the designated corporation must prepare the following documents in addition to the above documents. You do not need to submit it to the competent authority.

Report on grant results

Notification required at the time of change
The designated NPO corporation must submit the following documents to Yokohama City without delay when there is a change in the business, officers, representative names, etc. currently being performed.

※1 If there is a change in the articles of incorporation, it is necessary to submit the documents to be submitted in the “5 Changes in Articles of Incorporation” column above. (It is not necessary to submit "Designated Nonprofit Organization Change registration form" in duplicate.)
※2 If the Yokohama City Certification Corporation has separately submitted a notification of changes to officers, etc. to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit such documents.
※3 If the Yokohama City Certification Corporation has separately submitted a notification or application pertaining to the change of the Articles of Incorporation to Yokohama City, it is not necessary to submit such documents.
Notification of merger
When designated NPO corporation merges, please refer to Civic Affairs Bureau citizen collaboration promotion section by all means as there are necessary procedure, presentation documents.
