5-(1) For those who are considering a designated application

Flow of the designated application

The flow of the designated application is as follows. (The period from the deadline for the designated application to receiving the designation is generally about 5 to 6 months.)

1 Prior consultation (optional)

Application documents will be accepted when required documents is ready. In addition, there are many points to keep in mind when preparing application documents. If you are considering an application, please come to the advance consultation.

2 Submission of application form and attached documents

About documents pertaining to designation application

3 Acceptance, publication and inspection of application documents (2 weeks)

  • Announcement: After receiving the application documents, the date and time of the application documents, the specific documents (excluding the description of individual Address, etc.)       It will be posted on the website and announced. (We announce until it becomes a designated corporation or when it is decided not to perform necessary procedure for designation or when designation is not made.)
  • Public inspection: Of application documents, we offer specific documents (except mention such as individual Address) for inspection in Yokohama-shi (Yokohama-shi citizen collaboration promotion center) for two weeks.

4 Confirmation of actual situation, etc.

The person in charge of Yokohama City will check the actual situation.

5 Consultations to the Citizens' Collaboration Promotion Committee

About consultation result, we release on Yokohama-shi homepage.

6 Proposals to Congress

  • The results of the parliamentary vote will be notified individually to the corporation that made the application.
  • When the ordinance proposal stating the name of the corporation that submitted the proposal in the assembly is approved or approved, it will be a designated NPO from the enforcement date of the ordinance.
  • When it becomes a designated NPO corporation, "name of corporation", "name of representative", "location of main office and office in the city", "date when designated effect took effect", "summary of business", "area where activity is performed" Will be announced on Yokohama-shi homepage.
