5-(1) For those who are considering a designated proposal

Flow of Designated Request

The flow of the designated application is as follows. (The period from the deadline for the designated application to receiving the designation is approximately 5 to 6 months.)

1 Prior consultation (optional)

The application documents will be accepted when required documents is ready. In addition, there are many points to keep in mind when preparing application documents, so if you are considering an application, please come to the prior consultation.

2 Submission of application form and attached documents

Documents pertaining to the designated application

3 Acceptance, publication and inspection of application documents (2 weeks)

  • Publication: After receiving the application documents, the date on which the application was made, the specific documents (excluding the description of the individual's Address, etc.) shall be submitted.       We will post it on our website and announce it. (We announce until when we become designated corporation or when we decide not to perform necessary procedure for designation or when designation is not made.)
  • Inspection: Of the proposal documents, specific documents (excluding personal Address, etc.) will be available for inspection at Yokohama City (Yokohama City Citizen Collaboration Promotion Center) for two weeks.

4 Confirmation of actual conditions, etc.

The person in charge of Yokohama City will confirm the actual situation.

6 Submission of Proposals to Congress

  • The results of the vote in Congress will be notified individually to the corporation that made the offer.
  • When the ordinance proposal stating the name of the corporation submitted in the assembly is approved and approved, it will be a designated NPO corporation from the enforcement date of the ordinance.
  • When it becomes a designated NPO corporation, "name of the corporation", "name of the representative", "location of the main office and offices in the city", "day when the designated effect occurred", "summary of the business", "area to perform activities" Will be announced on the Yokohama City homepage.
