4-(1) Those who are considering applying for certification (exceptional certification)

Flow of application for certification (exceptional certification)

1 Confirmation using the pre-check sheet

2 Pre-consultation (optional)

  • Please refer to the following link for consultation desks and consultation hours.

3 Submission of application form and attached documents

4 Confirmation of actual situation, etc.

  • The person in charge of Yokohama City will check the actual situation.

5 Notification of certification (exceptional certification)

  • The validity period of the certification is 5 years from the date of certification by Yokohama City.
  • The validity period of the exceptional certification is three years from the date of special certification by Yokohama City.

6 Public notice of certification (exceptional certification)

  • When a certification or special case is certified, the name of the certified (exceptional certification) NPO corporation", "name of representative", "location of main office and location of other offices", "valid period of certification, etc." "In the articles of incorporation" The purpose listed ".

Prior consultation

We provide prior consultations such as receiving consultations and questions regarding the preparation of application documents for certification (exceptional certification) application documents, and confirming the presence or absence of documents required for application.
Advance consultation is a reservation system, so please contact us at least one week before the desired date of consultation.
Please note that depending on the reservation status, you may not be able to make a reservation at the desired date and time depending on the reservation status.

Submission of application

When submitting the application form, we will confirm that the required documents is in place and accept it, so please make a reservation in advance and bring it with you.
In addition, if there are any shortages in the documents, we will not be able to accept them, so please be careful not to complete them.
