4-(1) For those who are considering applying for certification (exceptional certification)

Flow of Certification (Special Certification) Application
1 Confirmation using the pre-check sheet
2 Prior consultation (optional)
- Please refer to the following for details.
3 Submission of application forms and attached documents
4 Confirmation of actual conditions, etc.
- The person in charge of Yokohama City will confirm the actual situation.

5 Notification of certification (exceptional certification)
- The validity period of the certification is 5 years from the date of certification by Yokohama City.
- The validity period of the special certification is three years from the date of the special certification by Yokohama City.
6 Public notice of certification (exceptional certification)
- At the time of certification or special certification, "Name of certification (special certification) NPO corporation", "Name of representative", "Location of main office and location of other offices", "Validity of certification, etc.", "Committee stated purpose ".

Pre-check
If you are considering applying for a certification (special certification) NPO, first use the pre-check sheet to check if you want to clear the certification requirements yourself.

Consultation in advance
We provide consultation and questions regarding the preparation of certification (exceptional certification) application documents, and carry out prior consultation such as checking the presence or absence of documents required for application.
For advance consultation, reservations are required, so please contact us at least one week before the desired date of consultation.
Please note that depending on the status of the reservation, you may not be able to make a reservation at the desired date and time.
Submission of application
When submitting the application form, we will confirm that required documents is in place and accept it, so please make a reservation in advance and bring it with you, just like prior consultation.
In addition, if there is a shortage of documents, we will not be able to accept them, so please be careful not to shortage.
