Tozuka Library Barrier-Free Page
So that everyone can get acquainted with reading.
Last Updated May 2, 2024
Tozuka Library offers easy-to-use materials and services so that everyone can get acquainted with reading.
"Can you do this?" If you have any doubts, such as "I don't know where the book is," please feel free to contact us.
Here, we introduce some of the barrier-free facilities that Tozuka Library is working on.
There is also a slope at the entrance of the Tozuka Center, where the library is located. The library is flooring and there are no steps. In addition, the space between the bookshelf and the bookshelf is secured, so it can be used not only in wheelchairs but also in strollers. In addition, it can be used with service dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs, etc.).
The library offers not only books but also magazines and newspapers so that babies and the elderly can enjoy it. You can read picture books at the picture book corner and do research in the hall.
