On November 1, 2023, the 45th anniversary of the museum's opening, a reading session, a lecture, and a talk session were held.

[Cooperative Kojaku Construction, Environmental Planning Bureau Greenery Promotion Division]
Visitors were given a total of 350 seedlings of 7 types of hydrangea, azalea, blueberry, mukuge, yamabuki, yamamoji, and rosemary. Mr. Kojaku Construction cooperated with the explanation of seedlings and advice on how to grow them.
We received words such as "Congratulations on the anniversary of the opening of the museum."

We held a reading party "The Oldness of Tozuka to Enjoy by Reading-Reading" Hometown Tozuka "-" [Cooperation Tozuka History Association]
With the cooperation of the Tozuka History Society, we held a reading session for the local document "Furusato Tozuka". .
The commentary was given by Keiko Mitsuhashi, chairman of the Tozuka Historical Society, and the reading was handled by the librarian.
In addition to readings, photos of the old Tozuka were also shown.
There was a figure of the participants nodding in the commentary.

We held talk party "Autumn Kowa-Iohanashikai" [cooperation Yabe small talk time]
A story-telling party was held in collaboration with the story volunteer group Yabe Korokoro and the librarian. .
When the room was darkened, the children looked a little scared, but it was transmitted that they concentrated and enjoyed the story.
Mayor Kunimoto also participated with the children.
