Use is on a first-come, first-served basis from opening hours to closing time. 
In addition, reservations are accepted at the counter only for the day. You can't make a reservation over the phone.

If there is no other use at the end of use, you can apply again, so please contact the staff.

Eligibility Anyone can use it. The usage fee is free.
Notes
  • Limited to browsing the website for research.
  • Some sites cannot be connected due to connection control by the URL filter.
  • Storage media cannot be brought in or used.
  • Paid sites cannot be viewed.
  • Print out is not possible.

Information on book return box

  • It's on the right side of the front entrance.
  • It is not available during the year-end and New Year holidays.
  • book return box can be used even during the library opening to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.
  • Books in the post will take some time to be returned. If you plan to borrow this Japan, please return it at the counter.
