[finished] I-Nishi-E Walk-Walking Yokohama 100 Years after the Great Kanto Earthquake-
Last Updated November 22, 2023
What is a walk?
After taking lectures on specific themes, we will visit places where you can get a glimpse of the history of Nishi Ward along with commentary from NPO Yokohama City Guide Association.
100 years since the Great Kanto Earthquake. The tremors of magnitude 7.9 and subsequent large fires destroyed the cityscape since the opening of the port.
