Chuo-toshokan opened its 30th anniversary in 2024.
To commemorate this, an event will be held on Saturday, November 23 (Saturday and holiday).

Theatre gate "A restaurant with many orders"
This is a participatory theater program of Kenji Miyazawa's original "A restaurant with many orders".
Let's enter the world of stories with actors♪
Date and time: From 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturday, November 23 (Saturday and holiday)
Location: Chuo-toshokan B1F Hall
Target: Children between the ages of 0 and 8 and their parents
Number of people: 150 people (advance application system, first come first served)
Director: Makoto Niimi (from Yokohama). President of the Future Creation School, Tetote.
Performer:
Kosuke Iwanaga (born in Yokohama). Office Maharo Co., Ltd.
Yuki Sato (from Miyagi Prefecture). After completing the 14th term of the New National Theatre Theater Training Center, he is active on the stage. )

Target: From 5 years old to elementary school students (up to 2 adults per child can be accompanied)
Number of people: 24 children (advance application system, lottery)
Lecturer: Ayatori Satoshi-kun (elementary school student living in the city, Ayatori classroom instructor)

Grow up quickly! Animal Exhibition
Do you know how animals are born and raised?
We will display panels and books that show the baby and parent and child of the animal.
Period: From Wednesday, November 6 to Sunday, December 15

Spring Storytelling Party
We held a special talk session by age.
With the help of the volunteers, we were able to enjoy reading children's songs and picture books together.
We also provided advice on reading stories to applicants.
