Internet human rights consultation (external site) (Ministry of Justice page)

The Ministry of Justice's human rights defenders also accept human rights consultations on the Internet.

Fill out the consultation form with your name, Address, age, consultation details, etc. and send it to the nearest Legal Affairs Bureau will respond by e-mail, telephone or interview at a later date.

Please do not hesitate to consult alone about your worries and concerns.

Hate Speech Special Consultation (outside site) (Kanagawa Prefecture Page)

In Kanagawa Prefecture, in cooperation with the Kanagawa Bar Association, we hold professional counseling sessions by lawyers for those who are suffering from discriminatory behavior (hate speech) against people from outside Japan.

Kanagawa Prefecture will ask and adjust the convenience of the lawyer who wants to consult and adjust it, and consult at the designated date and time and place. Consultation will be held for about 1 hour at a time.

Consultation is available for one set of rooms, and the confidentiality of the consultation contents etc. will be kept. Consultation is free of charge.
