Consideration of human rights related to Russia's invasion of Ukraine
- Regardless of ethnicity, nationality, culture, etc., let's understand each other and do not discriminate against each other.
Last Updated April 22, 2022
The recent invasion of Ukraine by Russia threatens the peace of the international community, and the human rights situation of the people of Ukraine is strongly concerned. On the other hand, there have been reports of slander and defamation against people with foreign roots, such as those from Russia.
Yokohama City aims to realize a society where each and every citizen respects each other's human rights and lives together. Citizens are encouraged to understand each other, regardless of ethnicity, nationality, or cultural differences, and do not discriminate against others.
