National Junior High School Human Rights Composition Contest Yokohama City Convention
The National Junior High School Human Rights Essay Contest is held for the purpose of junior high school students, who will lead the next generation, to deepen their understanding of the importance of respect for human rights and to acquire a rich sense of human rights by writing essays on human rights issues. . Selected works selected from the submitted works are summarized in an essay collection. Please try to experience the fresh sense of human rights of junior high school students.

At the Ministry of Justice and the Federation of National Commissioners on Human Rights, junior high school students, who will be responsible for the next generation, write essays based on experiences gained in daily home life and school life, etc. We have been conducting the "National Junior High School Human Rights Composition Contest" since 1981 with the aim of deepening our understanding and acquiring a rich sense of human rights.
