<Telephone consultation, etc.> 045-671-3117

  • Target: Victims who live, work, or attend school in Yokohama City, their families, bereaved families, etc.
  • Reception hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding weekends, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays)
  • Consultation is free. (Call charges are borne by the consultant.)

Counselors (city staff) of social welfare profession correspond.
I will keep my secrets strictly.

<Interview Consultation> Reservation required

After hearing the story by telephone consultation, etc., we will do it as necessary.
Please make a reservation by telephone or other means (Phone number is the same as telephone consultation).

<Support content>

Introduction and Information Provision

While organizing your thoughts and feelings, we will listen to the story and discuss coping methods and procedures together.
In addition, based on the content of the consultation and the wishes of the consultant, we will introduce institutions that are familiar with support and coordinate with those institutions.

Counseling (*)

For mental care, you can receive counseling by a counselor with specialized qualifications such as a certified psychologist or clinical psychologist (the number of times is limited).

Accompaniment support (*)

We will provide assistance to various procedures in the city hall due to crime damage.
(※) There are certain conditions for counseling and attendant support. For more information, please contact us.

Support based on ordinances

Based on the "Yokohama City Crime Victims Support Ordinance", we provide support for daily life after damage and financial support. .
Specifically, please see page of "support regulations such as Yokohama-shi crime victims".
