| Overview | Among the provisions of the Act (Act No. 32 of 2022) that partially revises the Road Traffic Law enacted in April 2022, we revised a part of the Yokohama City Tax Ordinance Enforcement Regulations (December 1950 Yokohama City Regulations No. 80 of December 1950) in order to respond to the fact that provisions concerning specific small motorized bicycles (meaning electric kickboards that meet certain requirements) will be enforced on July 1, 2023. |
