When purchasing a new commuter pass, please purchase it at the station office or Customer Service Center.
If you use a municipal bus and a municipal subway, please use a municipal bus / subway commuter pass.
When connecting municipal subway and other railways and using, please use two-company communication commuter pass or three-company communication commuter pass.

About commuter pass when you use municipal subway to go to study school
The following commuter passes are on sale.
In addition, it cannot be released in connection with the section to go to school.

Refund of municipal subway commuter pass
All sales counters, except for ticket vending machines at stations, can refund the type of ticket sold at that counter.
- Number of months used from the scheduled fare released (the number of months elapsed from the effective start date to the refund application date). The number of days less than one month will be rounded up to one month) will be refunded after deducting the regular fare and the fee of 220 yen.
- You will need identification documents (driver's license, passport, student ID, etc.) and private seal (sign) for refund.
- Commuter passes purchased with Hama Eco Card cannot be refunded in cash. You need the Hama Eco Card you used at the time of purchase.
- Method of calculating refunds

In the case of the following refund reasons, the following calculation method will be used.

※Percentage = regular fare ÷ number of days (30 days for one month, 90 days for three months, 180 days for six months)
If there is a fraction of less than 1 yen in the daily calculation, round it up to 1 yen.
※Seasonal number = 1/3 of a month (= 10 days) is 1 unit (= seasonal).
