When purchasing a new commuter pass, please purchase it at the station office or customer service center.
If you use a municipal bus and a municipal subway, please use a municipal bus / subway commuter pass.
If you use a municipal subway and other railways, please use a two-company commuter pass or a three-company commuter pass.

About commuter pass when you use municipal subway to go to study cram school
The following commuter passes are on sale.
In addition, it cannot be released in connection with section to go to school.

Refund of Municipal Subway Commuter Pass
Except for ticket vending machines at the station, you can refund the ticket types sold at the counter.
- Number of months used from the regular fare released (number of months elapsed from the effective start date to the refund application date. The number of days less than one month will be rounded up to one month) will be refunded after deducting the regular fare and commission of 220 yen.
- Refunds require identification documents (driver's license, passport, student ID card, etc.) and private seal (signature).
- Commuter passes purchased with Hama Eco Cards cannot be refunded in cash. You need the Hama Eco Card that you used at the time of purchase.
- Refund calculation method

In the case of the following refund events, the following calculation method will be used.

※Daily rate = Regular fare ÷ Number of days (30 days for 1 month, 90 days for 3 months, 180 days for 6 months)
If there is a fraction less than 1 yen in the calculation of the daily amount, round it up to 1 yen.
※Seasonal number = 1/3 (= 10 days) of one month is assumed to be one unit (= seasonal).
