Mustard Leiber System
City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau has appointed crew members as "Card Leiber" who ensure safe driving and high standards of service.

Under the mustard Leiber system, the Master Driver, Silver Master Driver, and Platinum Master Driver, and Platinum Mustard Leiber.
In addition to attaching a special name tag, it is written on a business card in the car (name plate in front of the car).
Gold mustard Leiber will be launched in fiscal 2023 and the Platinum Mustard Leiber will be launched in FY2025.

~ Reason for becoming a bus operator~
The reason I became a crew member because my father was a bus driver and was a familiar person, and when my family got on a wheelchair, the crew gently supported me when my family got on a wheelchair. I still had a strong memory, and I wanted to be like a crew member at that time.
We have many passengers on board, and we are riding while feeling rewarding every day.

Thank you for always taking the municipal bus. Going forward, we will continue to strive to make our customers think it is necessary for our customers.

~ Reason for becoming a bus operator~
I saw a municipal bus run by a female crew of the same generation near my house, and I thought I would try it. At that time, the children were small, and balancing childcare and work was an issue, but with the courage of the women around me working in a similar environment, I was able to continue working happily.
Originally, I liked driving, and since my previous job was a food and beverage business, I also liked customer service, so I really love the work of crew members who can drive and serve customers, and I feel very rewarding.
I think it's a job that can play an active role in gender equality. It's really nice to drive a big bus!

There are actually various types of buses, such as joint buses and hydrogen buses. I hope you will go out a lot and enjoy Yokohama. I have always loved Yokohama since then.

Since I was little, I longed for a municipal bus officer, and challenged many times, and I was able to get this job. I am very happy to be able to spend a fulfilling day and meet customers on a daily basis, surrounded by my goals.

As with trains and bicycles, as one of the means of transportation, I hope that many customers will take the Yokohama Municipal Bus and like the municipal bus. I am still immature, but I will do my best so that customers can spend comfortably in the car so that they can sleep with peace of mind.
