2022 Foster Parent System Awareness Lecture
~ What is expected of "foster parents" in social care ~
In Yokohama, about 100 children from 0 to 18 years old who cannot live with their families due to various reasons live in foster homes and families.
Mr. Fujii, who is involved in the design of social care systems for social care at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and has experience as a foster parent, will give a lecture on elementary school student who lives under such social care. In addition, active foster parents in Yokohama will also talk about their experiences.
We are looking forward to the participation of those who are interested in child care support as well as those who are interested in child care support.
