Article 12 of the Bullying Prevention Measures Promotion Act states that local governments shall "work to establish a basic policy for comprehensively and effectively promoting measures to prevent bullying in the relevant local government." I am.
In Yokohama City, we summarized the basic concept of measures for prevention of bullying, measures implemented by Yokohama City, measures to be implemented by schools, and measures to deal with serious situations, and in December 2013, "Yokohama City Bullying Prevention Basic Policy ".
Based on "measures to prevent recurrence of serious situations" announced at the end of March 2017 and revision of "basic policy" of country, revised original bill to revise "Yokohama-shi bullying prevention basic policy" We raised opinions of citizen's all of you.
