Yokohama City School Air Visualization Project
Last update date January 18, 2023
Yokohama City School Air Visualization Project
Yokohama City School strives to prevent classroom ventilation as one of the measures against infectious diseases.
From January 2023, we have installed CO2 monitors that can measure carbon dioxide concentration in all municipal schools and classes so that effective ventilation can be performed according to the location and scene of each class. Through this, we will strive to visualize air, promote ventilation and awareness of elementary school student students, which will lead to a safe and secure school environment.
In addition, four of the CO2 monitors installed at each school can display data such as carbon dioxide concentration on the web. We announce carbon dioxide concentrations of all municipal schools through WEB pages as an opportunity for parents and other related parties to know the safe and secure school environment.
