Work Style Reform Plan for Yokohama Municipal School Teachers
In order to improve the working environment of schools and promote work style reforms, we clarified the goals for achievement, and showed specific initiatives and each process chart with a view to about five years (Heisei 30-4). Test introduction of an information sharing system that connects schools and homes.
In the "Yokohama City School Teachers' Work Style Reform Plan", we set up support for business improvement utilizing ICT, etc., and as one of the initiatives, "schools and homes" aims to improve the efficiency of communication and information sharing between schools and homes. Information sharing system "was introduced on a trial basis at some schools.
