（１） Provide guidance and advice on consultations from faculty and staff and family members regarding mental and physical health, and refer to medical institutions as necessary.
（２） Matters related to measures to maintain the health of faculty and staff based on the results of physical checkup. In addition, health consultation should be conducted based on this judgment.
（３） Conduct of tests to grasp the degree of psychological burden, conduct interview guidance, and measures to maintain the health of teachers and staff based on the results.
（４） Patrol schools, etc., and take necessary measures to prevent the health problems of teachers and staff if there is a risk of harm to the work method or hygiene.
（５） Provide health education to faculty and staff through training and other means.
（６） Conducting health consultations or interview guidance for faculty and staff who are concerned about health problems due to long working hours, and measures to maintain the health of faculty and staff based on the results.
（７） Others must be approved by the superintendent of education.
　※Includes disaster response operations in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically, auxiliary work only during working hours).

A person who meets all of the following requirements (1) to (5).　
（１） Being healthy.
（２） Have a license for a doctor (national qualification under the Medical Practitioner Law).
（３） Being qualified as an industrial physician.
（４） Have at least one year of consultation experience in consultation services related to health, medical care and welfare.
（５） Do not fall under any of the following.
　　(A) adult ward and custodian.　
　　(A) A person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until the execution is completed or no longer receives the execution.　　　
　　(C) Persons who have been disciplined and dismissed as Yokohama City staff and have not passed two years from the date of the disposition.

◆　Workplace ：City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat Secretariat, Faculty and Staff Health Consultation Office (14th and 26th floors, 6-50 Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
◆　Working days ：Either 3 days a week (18 hours a week), 2 days a week (12 hours a week), 1 day (6 hours a week)　※Excludes break time　※Consultation on the number of working days
◆　Salary and Benefits　：　48,900 yen per day ※Payment is made on the 21st of the following month
