If you are pregnant living in Kanagawa Prefecture or have children under elementary school age, you can use the Kanagawa Child Care Support Passport.

Please register a new account at the Yokohama City Child Care Support Site "Pamatoko" (outside site) and display the "Registration Certificate".
Stores and facilities with the "Hamahag" sticker are Hamahag support stores and facilities. You can use the service by showing your registration card at a store with a sticker.
Depending on the content of the service, you may omit the presentation of the registration certificate, or you may be asked to confirm it in another way other than the registration certificate.
※Service contents vary depending on the store and facility. There are not necessarily discounts and special offers. Please confirm service contents of each store, facility in facility search of Yokohama-shi child care support site "Pamatoko".

This is a guide for shops and facilities that can support the Yokohama Child Care Home Support Project (Hamahag).

1. You can post a sticker and appeal the message of shops and facilities that support child-rearing families. We hand sticker for store notice and support certificate indicating that it is supporting store, facility from Yokohama-shi.
2. We publish information of shop, facility in Yokohama-shi child care support site "Pamatoko" (outside site). Yokohama City will not be charged for advertising fees or other expenses when posting information on shops and facilities. (In addition, we will not compensate for expenses from Yokohama City for shops and facilities that you support.)

As a general rule, "businesses with stores and offices in Yokohama City" can register for sponsorship. (However, there are some industries and businesses that refuse sponsorship in light of the purpose of this project.)

We can register as support store, facility from page of Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
Please go to the registration form page from the link page, check the description in the page, and enter required items.
After confirming the person in charge of the city, when the registration is completed, we will send you the URL of the editing page by e-mail and send you certificates and stickers.
