Selection of a local activity base management corporation for Sakae Ward Youth

As the selection period for Sakae Ward Youth's local activities will end on March 31, 2025, five years from the previous selection, we will recruit operating corporations for the next fiscal year (Reiwa 7-11).

How to apply

When applying, please submit the following application documents.
(1)　Documents to be submitted
　As per "List of Documents to Submit (Word: 40KB)"
　※Please summarize "I Overview of Business Operators, Financial Status, etc." in one flat file
　※For "II Business Operation Plan", please summarize Forms 1-7 in a flat file one by one and submit 15 books.
(2)　Application documents acceptance period and time
　October 21, Reiwa 6 (Mon)-November 15, Reiwa 6 (Fri)
　(Excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
　We accept from 9:00 am to 12:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
　※As we confirm documents, please come to the next agency after telephone to presentation beforehand on presentation.
(3)　Place of submission

(4)　Submission of additional documents
　(1)In addition to the submission documents, if the city deems it necessary, you may be required to submit additional documents.
(5)　Attribution of the submitted documents, etc.
　The copyright of the submitted documents belongs to the applicant organization. However, when publication is necessary, Motoichi shall be able to use contents of presentation documents free of charge.
　Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned for any reason.
(6)　Costs
　All expenses related to the application will be borne by the applicant organization.
(7)　Handling of Materials
　Documents provided by Motoichi are prohibited from being used for any purpose other than examination related to application.
　In addition, even if it is within the scope of the purpose of this examination, to third parties without obtaining the consent of Motoichi.
It is forbidden to use or present the contents.
(8)　Other notes
Oh, after presentation deadline, we cannot change contents of submitted documents.
B. If there is a false statement in the submitted documents, it will be disqualified.

We provide a place where young people, mainly junior and senior high school students, can easily gather and work freely, provide opportunities to interact with friends and multiple generations, and implement social participation and work experience programs utilizing local resources. .
Anyone can use it, so please feel free to come to each base.
