About open call for participants of local activity base management organization of Aoba Ward youth

Adolescents, mainly junior and senior high school students, can easily gather with peace of mind, provide assistance to organizations that operate `` Youth Community Activity Bases '' that engage in hands-on activities such as exchanges with friends and different generations, and social participation programs. When applying, please submit the following application documents.
（１） Documents to be submitted
　　As per "List of Documents to Submit (Word: 57KB)"
　　※Please summarize "I Overview of Business Operators, Financial Status, etc." in one flat file
　　※For "II Business Operation Plan", please summarize Forms 1-5 in a flat file one by one and submit 15 books.
（２） Application documents acceptance period and time
　　From November 15 (Fri) to December 13 (Fri), Reiwa 6 (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
　　We accept from 9:00 am to 12:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
　　※As we confirm documents, please come to the next agency after telephone to presentation beforehand on presentation.

（４） Submission of additional documents
　　(1)In addition to the documents to be submitted, Aoba Ward may be required to submit additional documents if deemed necessary.
（５） Attribution of the submitted documents, etc.
　　The copyright of the submitted documents belongs to the applicant organization. However, Aoba Ward may use the contents of the submitted documents free of charge if it is necessary to disclose them.
　　Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned for any reason.
（６） Costs
　　All expenses related to the application will be borne by the applicant organization.
（７） Handling of Materials
　　Materials provided by Aoba Ward are prohibited from being used for any purpose other than considering the application.
　　Also, within the scope of the purpose of this study, it is forbidden to allow third parties to use or present their contents without the consent of Aoba Ward.
（８） Other notes
　　Oh, after presentation deadline, we cannot change contents of submitted documents.
　　B. If there is a false statement in the submitted documents, it will be disqualified.

Questions regarding the contents of the application guidelines, etc. will be accepted using a questionnaire (list of submitted documents "Form III-1"). Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries over the phone.
