“Recommendation system for mobile phone terminals in consideration of healthy youth development”
Since November 2011, as a joint initiative of nine prefectures, we have recommended "mobile phone terminals, etc. that consider healthy upbringing for young people."
Mobile phone terminals or PHS terminals (hereinafter referred to as "mobile phone terminals, etc.") that recognize that the youth does not use the Internet to obtain information that may hinder the healthy development of young people using the Internet. ) Or a system that recommends functions that can be used on mobile phone terminals (notification restriction function, mail restriction function, etc.) according to the age of the youth.
In addition, this recommended system does not encourage young people to have a mobile phone terminal, etc., but if the guardian determines that it is necessary to have a mobile phone terminal, etc. It was created so that it can be used as a guide and reference when selecting mobile phones and their functions.

Regarding mobile phone terminals and functions applied for by mobile phone carriers, we generally judge whether or not to recommend those that meet the following requirements.
