　Please submit the following documents (1) to (3) to the Childcare and Education Benefit Division by the deadline.

　In supplementary payment of side meal costs, garden charges city for supplementary payment costs on behalf of protector and receives.
For parents, we will implement a reduction or refund for supplementary benefits for the side meal cost.　

Those who meet one of the following requirements are eligible.

　After confirming the target person, we will provide reduction or refund for the target person.

　Yokohama City will send required documents etc. to the garden.
　Garden, please submit a set of presentation documents such as bills to city. (March and September)
　After that, the city will provide supplementary benefits to the garden. (May and October)

　・Due to changes in households, tax renewal due to tax returns due to tax returns, etc., it may be changed outside of the above time.
