Revised Career Ladder through the first joint research with Showa Women's University
City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau has revised the Career Rider (Yokohama Model 2024) as the first joint research with Showa Women's University, which signed a partnership agreement in 2020.
In Motoichi, we have used childcare career ladders to develop human resources for staff, but diversification of childcare needs and the need for specialized knowledge and skills improvement accompanying it, raising the retirement age, etc. Reconstructed against the background of a career review.
