Revised career ladder through the first joint research with Showa Women's University
As the first joint research project with Showa Women's University, which signed a partnership agreement in 2020, City of Yokohama, Child and Youth Bureau revised the career ladder for Yokohama City employees (Yokohama City Model 2024).
