[How to submit results report]

Please report in the "Yokohama City Temporary Custody WEB Reservation System".
It is a specification to be submitted to the city by pressing the <Submission of Report> button on the system.

[Invoices]
Only "Yokohama City Temporary Childcare Business Subsidy Status Report and Bill (No. 1)" requires submission by e-mail (attached in Portable Document Format) or submission by mail.
※If there is a request delegation or receipt commission, submit it by mail.

[Note]
・Facilities that have submitted the notification of implementation are even if the actual number is 0.
　Press the <Submission of Report> button on the WEB reservation system and submit it (7th of every month).
　(If the bill is 0 yen, submission of "Yokohama City Temporary Childcare Business Subsidy Status Report and Bill (No. 1)" is unnecessary.)

・Facilities that do not carry out temporary childcare business (has not submitted a notification of implementation)
　<Submission of report on the web reservation system> You do not need to send invoices (email or mail).
