About correspondence with revision of "allergic disease life management guidance table"

About review of "allergic disease life management guidance table"

<Main points of review>
(1) Change of name
 What used to be a "nursery school" has been changed to "childcare and educational facilities", making it easier to use for kindergartens.

(2) Added bronchial asthma column
 It was added to understand the situation in the target elementary school student because anaphylactic shock tends to be more serious if you have a history of bronchial asthma.
 In addition, when we list only bronchial asthma, we list "only for child who needed special consideration and management in life in nursery schools".
 In addition, atopic dermatitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and allergic rhinitis will be described only when management is required in the same way, but in that case, use the national style.

(3) Deletion of review of removal period and reevaluation
 We delete periods such as re-evaluation that we had originally established in style of Yokohama-shi until now. The national guidelines stipulate that "at least once a year, resubmit the life management guidance table according to the child's allergic condition." Therefore, the garden asks the doctor to confirm whether there is any change in the condition of allergies, and if there is no change, it will not be required to resubmit. At that time, the date confirmed by the guardian with the doctor is confirmed in the garden and recorded.

Efforts to respond to food allergies

We conduct an allergy survey in elementary school student, where we are located, and share the results with Fire Bureau.

Situation of accidental eating accidents

In the event of an accidental eating accident, we ask the city to submit a “school lunch Report”.
The report is provided to each facility and used to prevent accidents as part of the in-park training.
