(1)We will present an original pin badge (one per unit) commemorating the 50th anniversary of the constituency system to those who sponsored it.
(2)For those who wish, the name of the sponsor will be posted on the 50th anniversary PR product such as commemorative leaflets and posters according to the amount of sponsorship.

Please download the application form for the 50th anniversary of the Konan Ward System, fill in the required items, and submit it to the Secretariat of the General Affairs and Public Relations Committee (Konan Ward General Affairs Division) by mail, fax or e-mail.
