On November 26, 2022 (Saturday), at the Muji Konandai Bars Kitchen Counter.
Local production for local consumption live kitchen-Healthy rice with vegetables from Konan Ward was held.
Healthmate demonstrated the cooking of two health promotion recipes using locally grown broccoli and turnip.
A recipe that used up to broccoli stems and turnip skins was also shown, and it was a cooking demonstration that included a lot of useful information on a daily basis.
In front of the kitchen counter, a direct sales event for local vegetables was held at the same time.
Farmers sold fresh vegetables harvested at the foot of Mt. Enkai directly to customers.
The large broccoli and turnips used in cooking demonstrations were particularly popular.
All the prepared vegetables and fruits were sold out after the customer picked it up.
