"Let's eat! Thank you very much for applying for the Yokohama Campaign @ Konan.
We introduce a part of approach of local production for local consumption sent from inhabitants of a ward.
"Let's eat! What is the Yokohama Campaign @ Konan?
Even though Yokohama is a big city, fresh and safe agricultural and livestock products such as vegetables and meat are produced in places close to the citizens.
So that more people can experience the charm of agriculture unique to Yokohama.
We conducted a campaign to win assorted vegetables.

Assorted fresh vegetables produced in Konan Ward. You can enjoy the seasonal taste.
"Yokohama Green Curry"
Naoki Tsubaki, a local production and local consumption worker selected by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, produced a recipe. Komatsuna from Yokohama is used abundantly.
