"Let's eat!" Thank you very much for applying for the Yokohama Product Campaign @ Konan.
We introduce a part of approach of local production for local consumption sent from inhabitants of a ward.
"Let's eat!" What is Yokohama Product Campaign @ Konan?
Yokohama is a big city, but fresh and safe agricultural and livestock products such as vegetables and meat are produced in places close to the citizens.
We hope that more people can experience the charm of agriculture unique to Yokohama.
We conducted a campaign to win assorted vegetables.

"Yokohama Green Curry"
Naoki Tsubaki, a "local production for local consumption" selected by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, produces recipes. It contains plenty of komatsuna from Yokohama.
