　　Organizations wishing to participate should send by e-mail (kn-cp@city.yokohama.lg.jp) or fax (045-846-5981) to Konan Ward Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. After sending, please contact us by phone (045-847-8441).
※Materials such as application guidelines will not be distributed on the day, so please bring your own.
※On the day of the local tour, there is no private parking lot at the venue, so please use public transportation.

Questions regarding the contents of the application guidelines will be accepted as follows.
Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries over the phone.

Please send "Questionnaire (Form B) (word: 19KB)" to Konan Ward Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Officer by e-mail (kn-cp@city.yokohama.lg.jp) or fax (045-846-5981). In addition, please confirm receipt by telephone (045-847-8441) after sending.

On Tuesday, January 7, 2025 (planned), we will announce the answer on this website.
