Overview of Community Care Plaza
Yokohama City's unique facility that engages in various initiatives as a familiar welfare and health base so that everyone, including the elderly, children, people with disabilities, and foreigners, can live in the community with peace of mind. There are 10 places in Konan Ward.

Konan Ward Initiatives
(1) Watching and cooperating companies
- It is businesses that have you cooperate with gentle watching in the wake of "greetings" and "calling out" in everyday life. Care Plaza calls out to the shops in the town and watches over and expands the circle of cooperating companies.
(2) Sunflower holder
- It is a key ring that helps you confirm your identity in such a case, "I fell down on the go" or "I can't remember my way home suddenly!"
- Registration is accepted at the Care Plaza in the target area.
