The books attached to the “Application for Confirmation of Drainage Equipment (Remodeling of Washing Toilet) Plan” submitted to the Public Works Office in each ward are as follows. 4 Procedures for changing the application for confirmation of plans for drainage facilities, etc.
If it becomes necessary to change the drainage section or drainage system after receiving the confirmation, a new plan confirmation application will be created, the original confirmation number and the reason for the change will be entered in the remarks column, and the original plan confirmation application You must receive confirmation again with a duplicate of the application.
However, other minor changes can be replaced by correcting the duplicate copy of the plan confirmation application.
5 Precautions for submitting a plan confirmation application for drainage facilities, etc.
If any of the following matters apply for connection and installation pipes, consult with Public Works Office in advance before applying for confirmation of drainage plans.
- If the connection on a public road is required.
- In case of repair of existing mounting pipes or insufficient pipe diameter.
- When installing a connection on a public road.
- When connecting and installing a new mounting pipe.
6 Completed construction of drainage facilities, etc. attached documents in registration form
The following books are attached to “registration form, completed construction of drainage facilities (remodeling of flush toilets)”.
- A sketch (guidance map) near the same as a plan confirmation application
- As a general rule, a layout plan of 1/400 or more (floor plan)
