The books to be attached to thePublic Works Office of each ward are generally as follows. For details, please read "Yokohama City Drainage Equipment Handbook (2006 revised edition)" (P2-1, etc.) carefully.

4 Procedures for changing the application for confirmation of plans for drainage facilities
If it becomes necessary to change the drainage compartment or drainage system after receiving confirmation, create a new plan confirmation application form, fill in the remarks column with the original confirmation number and the reason for the change, and apply for the original plan confirmation application You have to get confirmation again with a duplicate copy of the letter.
However, other minor changes can be substituted by correcting the duplicate items of the plan confirmation application.
5 Precautions associated with submitting a plan confirmation application for drainage facilities
Regarding the connection and mounting pipes, consult with Public Works Office in advance before applying for confirmation of drainage equipment plan.
- When the connection masu on public roads is required.
- When the existing mounting pipe is repaired or insufficient diameter.
- When installing a connection masu on a public road.
- When connecting and mounting pipe is newly installed.
6 Completed construction of drainage facilities attached documents in registration form
The books attached to "Drainage Equipment (wash toilet remodeling) Construction Completion registration form" are as follows.
- Schematic diagram (guide map) in the vicinity of the plan confirmation application
- In principle, layout plan of 1/400 or more (floor plan)
