How to put a sewer pipe into a private road

It is a rule that you put a sewer pipe in the private road at your expense, but Yokohama City has a proposal from you about sewerage work in the private road, and if certain conditions are met, We help you put a joint sewer pipe. Depending on the conditions, your construction cost burden, the management method after completion, and submitted documents will differ.
Contract for private road measures
When all landowners on the private road can submit documents (land use consent form) that can cooperate with the burial of sewer pipes to the city, the city will perform the construction of the sewer pipes and manage the pipes after construction.
Contract construction of joint drainage facilities
When all the landowners on the private road can submit documents (construction construction consent form) that can cooperate with the construction of the sewer pipe to the applicant, the city will perform the construction of the sewer pipe, and you will manage the pipe after construction.
